One of MBI’s stated objectives is to provide strategic planning for Christian ministries to maximize their efficiency in ministry. Do YOU have a strategic plan in place to maximize your tax benefits? The U.S. federal government encourages charitable giving by providing significant tax benefits when a gift is made to a qualified charity (of which MBI is one), you may want to consider a gift of:

  • Cash - via check, wire transfer, ACH (automatic bank deductions) or credit card donation
  • Stock or real estate (for maximum tax savings you must have owned it for more than one year)
  • Life Insurance (a creative and unique way to multiply a gift)
  • Personal property (for example, MBI is in need of a new copier, scanner, mini-van, paper folder etc.); Establishing a
  • Unitrust – a financial vehicle providing substantial tax savings while generating an annual income for you or your family with the ultimate purpose of benefiting the charity;< Gift Annuity< – which can help the organization grow right now while deferring capital gains tax, depending on your financial situation.
