Brad and Joyce Rauch

Frontline Ministry Director

Brad Rauch and his wife Joyce has been involved in ministry for over 35 years.  Most of his career has been spent in Christian broadcasting in Montana. Brad felt God direct him to Mission Builders International’s first Crossroads DTS in April of 2011.  Brad joined Mission Builders in June of 2011 and serves as the Frontline Ministry Director at  MBI. He works with the missionary leaders on the frontlines at YWAM facilities and other ministries to ascertain what kind of volunteer help they are in need of, as well as bringing encouragement to these leaders.

​Brad was born and raised in Colorado and attended Trinity International University in Deerfield,  Illinois. He met his wife, Joyce, at Trinity. They have been married 38 years and have 3 married children and 9 grandchildren. They have lived in Kalispell, Montana, for the past 35 years.

Brad loves worship and plays guitar and mandolin. He loves God’s playground in the outdoors, and he and golfs, hunts and hikes whenever there is opportunity. In addition to all of his gifts, he has traveled on mission trips to Mexico, Ukraine, Italy, Tanzania and South Africa and plans to put his “boots on the ground” in as many places as possible to encourage missionaries and ministries and connect them with Mission Builders International.
