The Crossroads Discipleship Training School (CDTS) is a long-standing core program of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) designed to give adults age 30 and older an opportunity to go deeper with God and discover His direction for their lives. Beginning with a twelve-week lecture phase, students encounter God by way of in-depth training from veteran instructors on a range of topics vital to the Christian faith and missions. Daily worship, personal mentoring, fellowship and ready-made opportunities for service complement the classroom instruction. The lecture phase is followed by an eight-week field outreach to one or more locations in the world where students serve in practical ways while actively sharing the love of Jesus. Outreach allows students to put into practice what they have learned in the classroom. In keeping with the mission-building focus of this CDTS, students can expect to actively assist front line YWAM ministries at home and/or abroad at their practical points of need.

MBI is a mobilization ministry that calls Christians worldwide into active service, equipping them to encourage, support and work alongside frontline missionaries to build the kingdom of God. We mobilize volunteers to provide ministry and facility development services to Christian ministries around the world that promote health, education and economic opportunities for helping people. We’re looking for a few good men and women to embrace MBI’s vision to “connect Christians to frontline missions.”
