Ministry Description
At YWAM Myrtle Beach, we heed the call to “go into all the world and preach the gospel.” We do this by training and equipping believers for a lifetime of service through our DTS and secondary programs.

We have a strong desire to see long-term missionaries sent out to the 10/40 window. Long-term missionaries that reach unreached people groups around the world. So, our DTS and other efforts focus on equipping people spiritually and practically for international service.

Our local ministry has also found a international focus. Each year, Myrtle Beach welcomes over 4,000 international workers from numerous countries. God is bringing the nations to our doorstep. By partnering with local believers we help run ministries geared to reach the 4,000 or so internationals that show up.

Anyone who is willing to serve the King by serving others and who allows God’s grace to work the truth of His Word into every fiber of their being is welcome to participate in our training schools and outreaches.

Ministry Description
The YWAM Ozarks community desires to make the Kingdom tangible by building & cherishing relationships, training students well, and working hard with our hands in an agricultural setting.  Living in the middle of the “Bible Belt,” we try to find ways to demonstrate God’s amazing Kingdom, not just talk about it.

Our 66-acre campus provides much potential for developing AgTech initiatives.  Currently we have an expanding garden area for crops and sustainable farming concepts.  Our animal population includes pigs, chickens, goats, cattle and guinea hens.  Additionally, we have bee hives and an aquaponics system.

Community Development is a natural focus for our DTSs, called Restore & Transform DTS, with a focus on seeing how God desires to transform us and involve us in the transformation of communities in need. On-campus AgTech and similar projects equip students with practical skills usable in the developing world. Overseas outreaches aim to empower communities to find relevant solutions to existing problems, through the help and wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

From the beginning of YWAM Ozarks we’ve emphasized the importance of studying and applying the Word. This summer of 2020 we are running the Discipleship Bible School with a small group of students. They are being immersed in the big picture story of the Bible and will be trained in leading Bible studies in their own unique settings.

This summer's Mission Adventure groups have cancelled their scheduled weeks due to Covid19, but we hope to resume Mission Adventure next year with fresh zeal for missions involvement.
Needs
Our Volunteer Wish-list for Summer/Fall 2020:
1. We are looking for an individual or team with experience in solar installation to assist or advise on our dorm solar project.
2. Grounds keeping is always a big need on our campus during the summer and early fall.
3. Summer and fall for our Agriculture-Technology department are busy seasons with maintaining our gardens, harvesting and keeping our aquaponics system running.  We have projects for people of all experience levels.

About Our Area
YWAM Kyiv is located on the beautiful bank of the Dnipro River. We are situated just outside the city of Kyiv (only 400 meters from the end of Kyiv sign) on a beautiful 8 acre property. We are literally right on the river, which means we have a beach!

Kyiv is a city of nearly 4 million and is beautiful, lush and green.  There is much to do including many museums, art galleries, quest rooms, bowling alleys, movie theaters and various shopping centers. Transportation is close and is easy to use to get to any part of the city. Kyiv is really a hidden European gem.

Our staff go to various churches around the city and will be happy to take you to any of them.

The weather is mostly cool from September -November and then gets quite cold from December - March.  Usually by the end of March things start to warm up but sometimes it doesn't warm up until the end of April to early May.  Summers are gorgeous, but May is particularly lovely as all the lilacs and other trees are blooming.  Expect humidity during the summer, as we are right on the water.

Medical Insurance is very wise to come with. You must be on a malarial treatment. We advise you go to your local travel clinic and get their advise on vaccinations. For those with particular food allergies, it may be a challenge as there may not be the variety of options or supplements available. It would be helpful to know early if you have any health requirements or restrictions so we know how best to advise you.

Ministry Description
Pneuma Springs is a place of intercession for the nations of the world. We believe that all mission begins and ends with prayer and that God indeed answers the prayers of His people to transform nations. Our vision is that believers from churches throughout the Pacific Northwest will come to join us in prayer for the salvation of the world. Our prayer room will always be open.

Pneuma Springs is also a place of training for cross-cultural missionaries. The critical need of this age is for missionaries who are well-trained in the Word of God, communicating the gospel intelligently and with power to peoples of all cultures.

We believe that everyone who comes to Pneuma Springs (Springs of the Spirit), whether missionaries in need of refreshment and renewal or Christians who need to meet the Lord for healing and empowerment, will be touched by the Spirit of God in a life-changing way.

All of the following AIIMs schools are housed in our new center: Discipleship Training School (DTS), New Korea Servant School, Jubilee School for Missionary Renewal, Mission Bible School , as well as Summer Missions Impact and other strategic programs.

Ministry Description
Our vision is to equip, train and commission people of all ages whose passion for Jesus will impact the needy and make disciples in the cities of Northern California as well as unreached people groups and developing nations around the world. We do this through life-changing training schools, outreaches, youth ministries, and serving and partnering with the body of Christ.

Our beautiful location at Richardson Springs, outside of Chico, CA, is home to a thriving Youth With A Mission training center with approximately 50 full-time staff. We host YWAM’s foundational training—the Discipleship Training School—as well as World Evangelism Training, English as a Second Language, Leadership and Personal Development training, a School of Remodel and Re and MANY conferences and retreats.

An active place year-round, YWAM Chico is a great place to volunteer. There are always maintenance and operations jobs to work on, so bring your skills (and your RV, if you have one). Join the fun for minimum of 2 weeks or a maximum of 3 months. We can use whatever skills you have to offer! Several of our buildings require extensive remodeling work as well as ongoing maintenance and painting year round. Right now we have a major need for masons, a road contractor, golf cart mechanic, plumber, and carpenters.
Needs
We are looking for individuals that have skills in masonry, concrete worker/installer, mason civil engineer, and a surveyer. We also need people who can put in a water system and do water line maintenance and installation. We also have a need for a heavy equipment operator and help with tree and brush removal.

Accommodations
Lodging (see note below) and meals are provided on the YWAM grounds for mission builders. For those who are regular, yearly volunteers at YWAM Chico, get your reservations in early! Our increasing number of volunteer staff members means we now have very limited campus housing available for Mission Builder volunteers. Campus housing for volunteers will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for those who apply early. Volunteers who stay in cabins may stay a minimum of 3 weeks to a maximum of 3 months.

We will always have room for people with RVs (we have 10 RV sites with full hookups).

Meals are provided as long as the kitchen is open, but at times we only serve lunch, so please check with us before coming (no schools are run in January or February, so only lunch is served in dining hall.) Volunteers eat with staff and students when schools are running and cook their own meals on weekends.

Laundry is available at no cost and we have a beautiful pool that is available on most days.

Work hours are flexible depending on age and abilities. There is fairly good internet service, but no cell phone service.

About Our Area
Located at the historic Richardson Springs, the hotel was opened in 1923. It hosted movie stars and Bay Area elite who came for a peaceful respite from city life and to enjoy the health spa atmosphere. Today, the gracefully designed hotel lobby welcomes you into a quieter time in our country's history. We have a well- stocked bookstore to browse through and a snack bar if you are looking for a treat.

The area is crisscrossed with hiking trails. The Indian Lookout, the Crosses and the water falls and reservoir are popular destinations. Other recreational activities include swimming in the beautiful pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball and ping pong. A barbecue area and bonfire pit are also available and are favorites with the young and old alike. Chico is about an hour and a half north of Sacramento.

Ministry Description
Experience the beauty and charm of Costa Rica while you come to know Jesus better and help to make Him known. The YWAM Heredia base is located 12 miles east of the San Jose airport in the suburbs of San Rafael and 2 miles from the city center.

The base is on 7 beautiful acres at an elevation of 5100 feet with an average year round temperature of 72 degrees. The property is 24,000 sq meters (just under 7 acres) and allows for the development and efficient use of natural resources such as organic agriculture, livestock, solar and more. Training in the efficient use of natural resources allows these technologies to be taken to needy people in developing nations and elsewhere as a means to open doors for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

YWAM Heredia provides multiple training schools accredited by University of the Nations, with previous outreaches focusing on many countries within Amazonia, East Africa, and the Middle East.

You may come to this YWAM Costa Rica base as part of a short term team for 1-3 weeks or as an individual mission builder volunteer for short term outreaches and various ministries and projects. Volunteers work 30 – 40 hours a week depending on what is needed.

Please explore and enjoy our website for much more information and detail.
